About me and my therapy practice
You might look like you’re holding it all together but inside, you’re tired of feeling not good enough.
Maybe you’ve hit burnout. Or you’re navigating a big life change, wondering, ‘How did I get here?’
You may find yourself overthinking everything, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling anxious in relationships, at work, or even when alone. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone - and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I’m an experienced integrative counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist. I help adults, young adults and couples rebuild their confidence and self-worth, especially after:
• Relationship difficulties
• Burnout or emotional overwhelm
• Life change (like becoming a new mother, divorce or children leaving home)
• Trauma
• Narcissistic abuse (in family, romantic or work dynamics)
• Feeling stuck in old patterns or self-sabotaging behaviours
My approach is gentle but direct. Together, we’ll explore the internal beliefs and patterns that keep you feeling small, stuck or anxious so you can begin to rewrite them.
Practice description
Therapy with me is a collaborative space to untangle what’s been weighing you down and reconnect to who you are underneath life’s pressures, often sandwiched between the past and the future.
As an integrative counsellor I draw from a wide range of approaches depending on your unique situation - like Person-centred, Relational, Psychodynamic, CBT and the Developmental model of couples therapy. We work to your needs and I’ll meet you where you are - supporting you in moving toward where you want to be.
I offer both online and in-person sessions (SW14, TW9 and W1).
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Taking that first step can feel uncertain, but it’s often the beginning of finding your way back to feeling at home with yourself.
My first session
What to expect in your first session:
In our first session, whether online or in person, I’ll take time to gently explore what’s brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from us working together. This is also an opportunity for us to discuss how I work, so you can get a sense of whether the space feels right for you. I will ask questions about your background, current situation, and what support you’ve had in the past. This helps me begin to understand your unique story and how we might move forward.
If you’re attending couples therapy, I’ll ask each partner to complete a short questionnaire before our first session. We’ll then review this together in session to help clarify key concerns and communication patterns. This forms the foundation of how we begin to work as a team to improve connection, trust, and understanding.
I understand that reaching out can feel vulnerable, so the first session is very much about creating safety and clarity — whether you choose to continue or not. If you’re unsure or have questions beforehand, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
