My first session
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to take it alone. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to chat about what’s on your mind, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good match. This is your space to feel heard and decide what’s next—because you deserve a journey that’s all about your healing and growth.
Sessions are 50 minutes, available online (from £60) or face-to-face (from £70), with the flexibility to suit your life. We’ll kick off with an introductory session to connect and plan ahead. If it feels right, we’ll set a weekly rhythm tailored to you.
