About me and my therapy practice

I’m Evy, an integrative therapist and I'm here to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk about whatever's been weighing on you—whether that's anxiety, stress, low mood, or anything else you'd like to explore.

I work with people on a range of issues, including:

- anxiety and depression

- burnout and stress

- low self-worth and imposter syndrome

- neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism

- relationship challenges—romantic, sexual, and/or with friends

- childhood trauma

- issues with eating and body image

- hormonal health, including PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, perimenopause, and menopause

My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different types of therapy depending on what feels most helpful for you. I often work with parts of the self such as younger senses of self, and encourage the client to engage with these parts in different ways.

I offer a decolonising and queer-affirmative space.
