My working hours are mainly during the daytime between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with some early evening sessions available by arrangement.
I also offer occasional evening and weekend opportunities for group facilitation and one-off therapeutic sessions, which need to be booked in advance.
There is some flexibility in scheduling, and it鈥檚 always best to get in touch to discuss your needs 鈥 either via email or during our initial session.
For group work, I offer a free 30-minute video call to explore your aims and ensure the right fit before booking.
All bookings are made via email correspondence, text messages or scheduled phone call.
About me and my therapy practice
My name is Nadia Glebovetsa, and I am an Integrative Counsellor 鈥楿sing the Arts鈥, Therapeutic Arts and 鈥楧ance the Medicine鈥 Facilitator, and Advanced Theta (Energy) Healing Practitioner, with a background in the Shamanic and Medicine Woman fields.
I provide one-to-one counselling for adults in a person-centred, integrative, and intuitive way in both English and Russian. I also offer one-off therapeutic support sessions. Group facilitation in therapeutic arts and conscious dance for various ages, groups, and themes are booked on request.
My work is grounded in compassion, and ethical integrity - holding at heart the greater good and wellbeing of my clients, in line with the 网爆门 Ethical Framework. I offer a safe-enough (safety is subjective) and supportive space where you can explore and make sense of the parts of your life that may feel confusing or challenging. My intention is to support you at pace and in the way that feels right for you to have more clarity, understanding, and meaning in your experiences and patterns.
Our work together aims to deepen your connection with who you truly are, fostering confidence, and a grounded sense of self. I work from a place of authenticity to support your own unfolding and increase of security in your unique expression.
I honour my lived experience of neurodivergence, and I am passionate about supporting highly sensitive and neurodivergent adults, as well as parents of neurodivergent children. I welcome those who identify as 鈥渙ther,鈥 feel marginalised, or are seeking belonging and self-acceptance. My aim is to support you in reclaiming your empowerment, wholeness, and authenticity 鈥 just as you are.
My inclination in work is transpersonal, and if you wish, spirituality as a sense of something greater than ourselves can be explored.
I am passionate for supporting those who have experienced or are recovering from domestic abuse, offering a compassionate, trauma-informed space where and self-trust can be restored, rooted, and expanded.
Practice description
My approach is integrative and relational, weaving together psychological insight, creativity, body-wisdom, mindfulness, and intuition. Alongside talking therapy, I offer the option of using arts-based processes 鈥 including movement, dance, music, poetry, visual art, clay, and sand play 鈥 as vessels for accessing the wisdom of the unconscious and the symbolic, both personal and collective, rooted in the creative parts of the brain. I also work with dreams, imagination, and metaphor to support self-understanding, healing, and transformation.
While we may explore your past to understand and heal its roots, our work is also forward-looking, helping you reconnect with your passions, values, and vision for your life. This balance allows you to both process what has been and move toward what calls you next.
The therapeutic relationship itself becomes a living space to reimagine how you relate to yourself and others 鈥 offering the possibility of a reparative and nourishing experience that supports you in developing a more compassionate and empowering relationship with yourself and the world around you.
At the heart of my practice is a belief in the innate wisdom and unique life force that exists within each person 鈥 a natural intelligence designed to support you towards living a life of thriving. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with that inner resource. You may also choose to integrate guided meditations, whether still or through movement.
Together, we can explore both the challenges and the possibilities of your life in a way that honours your whole being 鈥 mind, body, and spirit.
My first session
I recognise that finding the right counsellor is an important and personal decision. I offer a free introductory video call to help us both sense whether we are the right fit to work together.
In our first full session, we will take time to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. This may include a gentle review of your background and a light risk assessment, to ensure that I am the best counsellor to support you safely and effectively.
You will be invited to share at your own pace, in a way that feels comfortable for you. We may also discuss whether creative or arts-based processes feel like something you would like to include in your sessions.
Sessions are available in English and Russian, and can take place online or in person, depending on your needs and preferences.

As an integrative counsellor, I am working therapeutically with the optional use of the arts.
We can lean on and bring various artistic modalities and somatic practices within my work when and if this feels right for you. These may include movement, music, poetry, sand play, clay, visual arts, and drama, to name a few.
I work with the awareness of the body, and mindfulness on the present moment. Practising being in the here and now on a regular basis is likely to support you in your day to day life as well in the long run.
We can lean on various artistic modalities and somatic practices when and if this feels right for you. These may include movement, music, poetry, sand play, clay, visual arts, and drama.
My approach is integrative and includes person-centred, gestalt, and psychoanalytic approaches backed up by the principles of neuroscience and polyvagal theory. The priority is to ensure that your therapeutic journey is paced in appropriate way, and in a safe and trauma-informed way.
I believe that everyone deserves and can benefit from having a supportive space where one can accepted 'just as they are'.

I work with adults of all ages and diverse backgrounds.

Through my work, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone鈥檚 unique experiences can be heard, validated, and explored with compassion and sensitivity.
My trauma-informed approach prioritises assessing my clients' histories and circumstances to ensure a good fit and minimise the risk of re-traumatization. I integrate the polyvagal theory and neuroscience into my practice, utilising my knowledge to support you on your journey.
To facilitate our work, I utilise a therapeutic relationships framework that emphasises co-creating a 鈥榮afe enough鈥 confidential space and integrates the latest research on transformative change within therapy.
My first session
I work relationally, as this is one of the main factors for successful therapy. I aim to support you in finding all you need for a better living within you.
Whether the therapeutic journey you are to commit to is short, long or open-ended, it is important to assess whether we are the best match.
I also offer a free 20-minute phone call or a video call for a brief conversation to support you in signing up for the initial session with me.
I offer an initial 50-minute session in my Wood Green or Online practice at the cost of 拢40, during which we will get acquainted and explore what brought you in and how I work.
Together, we explore your therapy goals and how I can help you get there.
Everyone is unique. You may need additional sessions or two to decide whether I am the right counsellor. If this resonates with you, please bring it up during the initial session so we can ensure your needs are met.
