MY APPROACH
Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I will listen attentively and walk alongside you, whilst also challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we can explore the reasons behind these patterns and the ways we behave, helping you to make sense of your experiences and choices. Therapy with me can support you in building greater self-awareness, resilience, and more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others, whilst also offering tools to strengthen self-confidence, emotional resilience, and clarity. Every session is tailored to your needs.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic models to suit your individual needs. At the heart of my work is building a genuine therapeutic relationship, where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
EXPERIENCE
Over the past 15 years, I have worked across housing, domestic abuse and safeguarding, supporting people with diverse experiences and complex needs. This background allows me to bring sensitivity and depth to my work, particularly around trauma, resilience and relationship dynamics.
I see adult clients for short-term and long-terms therapy. Alongside my private practice, I also work with several Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), giving me experience in both short-term, solution-focused therapy and longer-term work.
