About me and my therapy practice

Online counselling (UK-wide) and walk and talk therapy in Shoreham & surrounding areas

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or alone? I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and at your own pace.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, depression, bereavement or simply feel stuck, do get in touch.

I offer UK-wide counselling sessions online or by phone. I also offer individual walk and talk therapy in Shoreham, Brighton, Lancing, Burgess Hill, and surrounding areas.

Walk and talk therapy

I'm passionate about walk and talk therapy and the role that nature can play in supporting mental wellbeing. Many clients find that being outside helps them feel more at ease when discussing difficult thoughts and emotions — especially those experiencing anxiety.

A warm, collaborative approach

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs. Together, we can explore unconscious patterns that may be affecting your day-to-day life, build greater self-awareness, and develop tools to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

About me

I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ). Alongside my private practice, I work part-time for a charity, supporting a wide range of clients — from teenagers navigating school stress, to older adults adjusting to life transitions.

Before training as a counsellor, I spent over a decade supporting student wellbeing in universities, colleges, and schools. This background has given me valuable insight into the challenges people face across different life stages.
