Online & Walk-and-Talk Counselling
Online and phone sessions (UK-wide) • Walk and talk therapy in Brighton & Hove
If you’re experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone.
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly and at your own pace. Sessions are available online and by phone across the UK, or face to face through walk and talk therapy in peaceful outdoor locations around Brighton and Hove.
A warm, collaborative approach
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our sessions to your individual needs. Together, we’ll explore the unhelpful — often unconscious — patterns that may be influencing your thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
Through greater self-awareness, you can begin to make more conscious choices, develop practical tools for change, and move forward with a deeper sense of clarity and confidence.
Walk and talk therapy
I’m passionate about the benefits of walk and talk therapy and the unique role that nature can play in supporting emotional wellbeing. Many clients find that walking side by side, in the open air, helps them feel more relaxed and grounded — making it easier to explore difficult emotions or experiences, particularly around anxiety and stress.
About me
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ). Alongside my private practice, I also work part-time for a charity supporting a diverse range of clients — from teenagers managing school pressures to adults navigating major life transitions.
Before training as a counsellor, I spent over a decade supporting student wellbeing in universities, colleges, and schools. This experience has given me valuable insight into the challenges people face at different stages of life — and a deep respect for the resilience it takes to seek support and grow.
Practice description

Walk-and-talk sessions take place in calm, natural settings, offering the grounding benefits of movement, fresh air, and open space. Many clients find this approach helps them feel more relaxed and connected while exploring their thoughts and emotions.
You’re also welcome to combine online and walk-and-talk sessions — a flexible way to access support that fits your lifestyle, schedule, and location.

Online / Telephone counselling (UK-wide)
