About me and my therapy practice
**First session free, Sessions 2-6 £25**
Hello, I’m Scott.
Life doesn’t always go to plan. Sometimes it feels overwhelming, confusing, or just too much to manage on your own. Whether you're facing stress, relationship struggles, grief, burnout—or you're simply feeling stuck—talking things through can really help.
I’m a qualified counsellor who offers a calm, supportive space where you can speak freely and feel heard. I work with both men and women from all walks of life, and I’m here to listen without judgment. My experience includes supporting people through major life changes and health challenges, which has deepened my understanding of resilience, identity, and the many ways life can change us.
I draw from a range of approaches —person-centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis—tailored to your needs. At the heart of my work is a belief in meeting you where you are, with warmth, honesty, and respect. My own experiences, including time living in South America, have shaped how I relate to others—with openness, empathy, and care.
If you’re feeling ready to talk things through and take the next step, I’m here to support you.
