About me and my therapy practice

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. From my private office in Central Chichester, or online, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk freely and feel truly heard, whether you come on your own or with your partner.

With a foundation of person-centred therapy, I believe we all have the inner strength to grow and overcome difficulties, though sometimes it’s hard to access this alone. Having personally experienced health challenges, relationship struggles, depression, and grief, I know how transformative therapy can be.

I offer individual and couples therapy, creating a safe and compassionate environment to explore your challenges, strengthen your relationships, and focus on what matters most to you. Each session is your time to pause, reflect, and move towards the changes you want in life.
