About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor and registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Passionate about inclusivity and diversity in therapy, I provide a non-judgemental safe space for you to explore life and navigate its challenges.
I am committed to expanding my experience and knowledge, and am currently in training to become a registered psychosexual and relationships therapist with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology.
Whether you are going through a difficult time, struggling with relationships or feeling stuck, therapy can help you deepen your understanding of yourself and others and help you rewrite narratives that may be holding you back or causing you distress.
Practice description
I integrate psychodynamic, person-centred and existential therapy, to help you gain deeper self-awareness and an understanding of what is impacting you in the here and now, uncover root causes, and find ways of healing and moving forward. The session will be lead by you and the content you wish to explore; I will listen with empathy and compassion, sometimes challenging or offering an alternative perspective.
I also offer psychosexual therapy; which is designed to help individuals and couples address medical, psychological, personal, and/or interpersonal factors impacting on sexual satisfaction.
Many people experience issues with sex and relationships at some point in their lives, and psychosexual therapy offers a space to explore these sometimes taboo and shame-inducing topics with an understanding and compassionate other.
Therapy can help us better understand and accept ourselves, and have more fulfilling relationships and healthy and satisfying sex lives - in whatever way that feels right for us.
I offer support with the following:
• Erection problems
• Premature/early ejaculation
• Delayed ejaculation
• Low desire (any gender)
• Pain and penetration problems (vaginismus, vulvodynia etc.)
• Orgasm problems
• Concerns with kinks and fetishes
• LGBTQ+
• Gender & identity exploration
• Compulsive sexual behaviours
• Childhood sexual abuse
• Sexual violence
• Sexual health related concerns
• Fertility related concerns
I am offering a limited number of reduced rate sessions for psychosexual issues whilst in training: £60 from October 2025. If you would like to join my waiting list for Autumn, please get in touch.
