At present, I'm working online until face-to-face accommodation is available. Counselling sessions are Monday to Wednesday, with four appointments each day between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. This flexible schedule allows you to choose a time that fits your life.

About me and my therapy practice
As a humanistic counsellor, I offer a space where you can pause, reflect, and explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll gently untangle the noise and reconnect with your inner compass, your values, your voice, your truth. No judgment. Just presence, empathy, and a belief in your capacity to grow.

Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to face them alone. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and work toward positive change.
Alongside my private practice, I volunteer for a charity called Youthline, supporting young people and adults through a variety of life experiences, including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, ADHD, and neurodiversity.
I believe that healing starts with feeling safe, regulated, and connected. Together, we’ll focus on building those foundations so you feel supported and empowered. From there, we can work through the issues that matter most to you—because when you’re not alone, life’s challenges become easier to manage.
