About me and my therapy practice
I’m a person-centred counsellor who believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is gentle, down-to-earth, and focused on you — your experiences, your feelings, and what matters most in your life. I aim to create a safe, caring space where you can explore whatever’s on your mind, at your own pace and without judgement.
Practice description
I have three years of counselling experience working with both young people (aged 16 and over) and adults. Over this time, I’ve supported people with challenges such as anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and times of change or uncertainty. I see counselling as a collaborative journey — one where we work together to help you gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
