About me and my therapy practice
Having the courage to even look at getting support is no small thing and whatever you are going through, I hope I can help.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ. I'm based in Chiswick and offer online and in-person counselling.
I am an integrative counsellor which means I am trained in a number of different approaches including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT. I put you at the heart of our sessions and tailor my approach to what is best suited to you.
Research indicates that no matter what type of counselling or therapy you receive, the most important aspect is the relationship between you and the counsellor. Therefore, I focus on building a foundation of trust and understanding so that you can feel safe to explore the more difficult parts of yourself.
I have experience working with people from a range of cultures and backgrounds including those from the LGBTQIA+ community and I aim to provide an inclusive and welcoming space.
My first session
The initial consultation is a 50-minute session, which gives me a chance to get to know more about you and what has brought you to therapy. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to decide if we want to work together.
