About me and my therapy practice
As a wife and mother of three, and qualified Integrative Psychotherapist (MSc), I bring a grounded, real-life understanding to my practice. I take a faith-based approach to therapy, integrating spiritual perspectives when helpful, while also being open and respectful toward all belief systems. My goal is to create a space where your values鈥攚hatever they are鈥攃an be explored with curiosity and care.
My training lies in cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment theory, and person-centred approaches. I work with both individuals and couples, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional, relational, and personal challenges. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice but shaped by a compassionate, relational style that honours each client鈥檚 unique story.
I have completed specialist training in sex therapy and conducted research into the intersection of spirituality and sexual function. This has deepened my understanding of how identity, belief, and intimacy intertwine, and how these areas can often be key to emotional healing and self-acceptance.
I am particularly skilled at helping clients build self-awareness, improve self-esteem, and grow in confidence. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel seen, heard, and in control. My role is to walk alongside you鈥攈elping you reconnect with the core of who you are so you can begin to live from a place of authenticity, clarity, and meaning.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, relational difficulties, identity questions, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I aim to support you in building a life that reflects who you truly are.
Practice description
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to make that step feel safe, supportive, and empowering from the very beginning. My practice is built on warmth, collaboration, and deep respect for your personal journey.
In our sessions, you can expect a calm, compassionate space where you are free to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. I work integratively, drawing on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and person-centred approaches to tailor the work to your individual needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or issues around identity and intimacy, our work together will be guided by your goals and values.
My approach is faith-informed for those who wish to incorporate spirituality into their therapy, but I also work with clients from all backgrounds and belief systems. I meet you where you are鈥攚ith openness and curiosity鈥攁nd honour whatever worldview is most meaningful to you.
As a specialist in sex therapy with research experience in the link between spirituality and sexual function, I also offer a safe and respectful space to explore issues around sexuality, desire, and intimacy鈥攖opics that are often sensitive but deeply important to wellbeing.
Together, we will focus on helping you build greater self-awareness, confidence, and connection to your true self. I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a partnership鈥攜ou remain in control of the pace and focus, while I support you with insight, tools, and reflection.
My aim is not to "fix" you, but to help you reconnect with the core of who you are so you can begin to live more fully, authentically, and with deeper meaning.
My first session
Whether you're coming to therapy to explore a specific concern or you're feeling a more general sense of disconnection or dissatisfaction, our first session is an important opportunity to begin clarifying your needs and goals.
In our initial meeting, we鈥檒l take time to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. You don鈥檛 need to have all the answers鈥攖his is a space for us to begin making sense of things together. I鈥檒l ask some gentle questions to get a clearer picture of your experiences, your values, and what鈥檚 important to you. From there, we can shape a focus that feels meaningful and achievable.
Many clients are surprised by how insightful this first conversation can be. Even without diving into solutions right away, the act of being heard and reflecting openly often brings unexpected clarity. What can feel like 鈥渏ust talking鈥 is actually the beginning of building greater self-awareness鈥攁 key foundation for lasting change.
As therapy progresses, we鈥檒l begin to uncover patterns, develop tools for emotional regulation, and work toward a deeper connection with yourself or your partner. I aim to create a collaborative environment where you feel in control of the process and confident in the direction we鈥檙e taking.
Whether you鈥檙e navigating faith, identity, sexuality, or simply trying to understand yourself better, our work begins with curiosity and care. You set the pace鈥擨鈥檒l walk with you every step of the way.

I offer supervision online during weekdays and evenings. Book your introductory session via the website above. See you soon!
About me and my therapy practice
While we hold space for others to heal, grow, and process life鈥檚 complexities, it鈥檚 easy to overlook the emotional weight we carry as therapists. Supervision, in my view, is more than just case management鈥攊t鈥檚 a restorative and reflective space where you, too, are supported in your own professional and personal development.
As an integrative therapist trained in both counselling and psychotherapy, I bring a holistic and relational approach to supervision. I support therapists and trainees working with individuals and couples across a wide range of issues鈥攆rom anxiety and self-esteem to sexuality, spirituality, and relational dynamics. I also offer specialist insight in areas such as sex therapy and the intersection of faith and sexual function, for those who work in or are exploring these areas.
My supervision style is collaborative, curious, and rooted in compassion. I aim to foster a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your caseload openly, gain clarity in navigating the fluid nature of therapeutic relationships, and deepen your self-awareness. I encourage supervisees to reflect not only on their client work but also on their emotional responses, values, and therapeutic identity.
Whether you鈥檙e looking to integrate your faith into your practice, explore challenging material with integrity, or simply have a space to pause and regroup, I鈥檓 here to support you. Together, we鈥檒l work to strengthen your confidence, grow your insight, and equip you with the tools to offer your clients the best of yourself鈥攕ustainably and with purpose.
If this resonates with you, I鈥檇 be honoured to walk alongside you in your professional journey.
Practice description
As an integrative practitioner, I draw on a range of therapeutic models鈥攊ncluding CBT, Attachment Theory, and Person-Centred Therapy鈥攂lending them thoughtfully to support both clients and supervisees in understanding the full picture of thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and the deeper roots of lived experience.
In supervision, this same integrative lens helps us explore not only your client work, but also you鈥攖he therapist within the work. We鈥檒l look together at clinical challenges, therapeutic dynamics, and the emotional material that can quietly shape the way we show up in sessions. Whether you're working with trauma, attachment wounds, faith-based concerns, or identity exploration, supervision offers a space to pause, process, and realign.
I believe that supervision is most powerful when it offers more than oversight鈥攊t should be a place of insight, encouragement, and grounding. Our work will include practical case reflection, but also the deeper work of supporting your growth as a practitioner: recognising your patterns, embracing your unique strengths, and noticing where your own story may be gently echoing through the work.
Awareness often comes not through doing more, but by courageously turning inward and allowing space for what arises. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and honesty鈥攖o help you develop your voice, maintain your wellbeing, and feel better equipped to hold the healing work your clients entrust to you.
My first session
Supervision is a space for you鈥攏ot just the work you do, but the person you are within it. In our first session together, we鈥檒l take time to get to know one another, explore your current client work, and begin to shape a supportive, collaborative rhythm that meets your needs as a therapist.
Whether you're working with individuals, couples, or both, I welcome all areas of practice into the space. You鈥檙e invited to bring whatever feels most pressing鈥攃lient dynamics, ethical questions, stuck points, or simply the emotional weight that can come with holding space for others. Nothing is too small or too complex.
Together, we鈥檒l start by identifying your aims for supervision. This might include building confidence, navigating ethical boundaries, working with particular clinical presentations, or deepening your reflective practice. I鈥檒l offer guidance tailored to your therapeutic style, helping you strengthen your skills and find clarity in the often fluid and nuanced world of therapy.
You can expect our sessions to be structured yet spacious鈥攑roviding a clear focus, while also allowing room to process what emerges in the moment. My aim is to equip you with practical insight and emotional grounding, so you feel supported, competent, and well-resourced to care for your clients with integrity and authenticity.
Above all, supervision with me is a partnership. From our very first session, I hope you鈥檒l experience this as a place where you can be real, recharge, and grow鈥攏ot just as a practitioner, but as a whole person.
