About me and my therapy practice
I offer weekly therapy on an open-ended basis, either online or in-person at Caya Therapy in Peckham.
There is no specific structure to the therapy as I focus on the uniqueness of each individual. I see my role as helping someone to understand themselves better and I do this by offering a space to explore things openly and curiously.
Practice description
My practice is welcoming to all LGBTQAI+. I aim to provide a space where any individual can explore the uniqueness of their way of life.
I have a Masters and Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy from Regents University. I am awaiting accreditation from UKCP.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ), and a member of the Society for Existential Analysis. I adhere to both the Íø±¬ÃÅ and UKCP ethical codes.
I have clinical experience working within the NHS for a drug and alcohol service as well as volunteering for a crisis hotline and a low-cost counselling service.
My first session
I offer a free introductory video call which lasts between 15-30 minutes. It gives us an opportunity to meet, get a sense of each other, discuss availability and the practicalities of working together.
