Availability
I am currently available for online sessions.
I work Monday to Friday. If you would like more information about my current availability, please do get in touch.
About me and my therapy practice
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it鈥檚 not always easy to talk about what we鈥檙e going through. Reaching out for support is a meaningful first step toward healing and change.
I provide a warm, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is built on mutual trust, and I鈥檓 committed to creating an environment where that trust can grow naturally over time.
Practice description
I鈥檓 a qualified and experienced counsellor with a first-class BA (Hons) degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling. This approach draws on a variety of theories, including Humanistic and Psychodynamic, allowing me to tailor my work to each individual while keeping the therapeutic relationship at the core of the process.
I鈥檓 a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (网爆门) and fully adhere to their ethical framework.
My experience includes working with adults (18+) within the NHS and other organisations. I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on your unique needs and concerns.
Because finding the right 鈥渇it鈥 between client and therapist is so important, I offer a free 15-minute initial phone consultation. This gives us a chance to talk through your needs and expectations, and to see whether I鈥檓 the right person to support you.
My first session
Our first session is a chance to explore what鈥檚 brought you to counselling and to see whether we鈥檙e a good fit to work together.
From there, we鈥檒l collaborate to develop a plan that addresses your concerns and supports you on your path towards feeling better.
