Therapist - Bath

Bath BA1
Sessions from £55.00

Features

  • Flexible hours available
  • Concessionary rates

Availability

I currently have availability for new clients both in person in Frome and online across the UK. My hours are flexible, offering sessions on weekdays and Sundays, including daytime and evening appointments.

I can work with you on a weekly basis, which many people find helps build consistency and momentum, or on a fortnightly schedule if that suits your circumstances better. My approach is to find a rhythm that feels supportive but manageable within your life.

If you’re unsure about scheduling, we can explore together what might fit best.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m an integrative therapist based in Frome, Somerset, offering in-person sessions locally and online sessions to clients across the UK. I provide a space where you can be yourself when life feels overwhelming or uncertain, where your thoughts can surface and be explored without judgment, where every aspect of your experience is welcomed, and new possibilities can emerge.

You may be feeling stuck or at a crossroads in your life. Perhaps issues are surfacing in your friendships or relationships, or that harsh internal voice is louder than usual, and you'd like to know why. Maybe you're seeking to understand confusing emotional reactions or to gain insight into your thoughts, feelings and anxieties.

During sessions, we might start with practical tools to help you manage immediate challenges, like ways to calm your nervous system or challenge unhelpful thought patterns. As our work develops, we can explore the deeper emotions and patterns beneath the surface, helping you understand and release feelings that may have been stuck for a long time.

I’ve worked with people from many backgrounds and stages of life, from young adults exploring identity to those navigating loss, life transitions or long-held emotional patterns.

You may be:

* Experiencing anxiety, depression or low mood

* Looking for therapy for grief or loss

* Struggling with exam stress, academic pressure or career anxiety

* Wanting to build confidence and self-esteem

* Feeling detached, numb, or disconnected from life

* Exploring potential neurodivergence (ADHD, autism spectrum)

* Being a highly sensitive person (HSP)

* Integrating experiences that have shifted awareness or perception

Practice description

I trained to an advanced level in integrative counselling and am a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ, adhering to its professional standards and code of ethics.

Our sessions may incorporate aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I sometimes use guided visualisation, mindfulness or body-based awareness methods to help you explore your thoughts and feelings at a deeper level.

I’ve worked with young people and adults across private practice, schools and charitable organisations. I currently run my own practice and have previously worked with Place2Be and Brent Bereavement Service, where I also served as a trustee.
