About me and my therapy practice
I'm a Counsellor with postgraduate training in trauma, specialising in helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationship challenges, and feelings of being stuck. Whether recent or longstanding, I support individuals affected by life events, mental health difficulties, or neurodiversity, helping them find clarity and relief.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel when anxiety, stress, or past experiences take over. Together, we’ll explore the patterns keeping you stuck and find ways to help you break free. Using proven techniques such as mindfulness, breathwork, and body-centred approaches, I’ll guide you through processing trauma so you can feel calmer, more grounded, and ready to move forward.
I offer online, in-person, phone, and walk-and-talk therapy, allowing you to choose the format that feels right for you. I have helped many others regain control over their lives, and I’m confident I can support you, too. If you're ready to take that step, I’m here to help.

These techniques help you manage overwhelming emotions in the moment while fostering long-term healing and personal growth. My goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

My first session
Our initial session is an opportunity for us to explore your past and present experiences, mental health history, and any current or past traumas that may be impacting you. This comprehensive assessment helps me gain a deeper understanding of your unique situation, allowing us to tailor our work together to best support you.
This session is also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and to share any goals, concerns, or expectations you may have for therapy. There’s no pressure—we go at your pace, ensuring you feel safe and comfortable.
By the end of the first session, we’ll have a clearer sense of how therapy can support you, and we can begin shaping a path forward that feels right for you.
