About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Millie, a qualified pluralistic counsellor and a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). My aim is to offer a supportive, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you improve your emotional well-being and navigate any challenges you’re facing.
As a pluralistic integrative counsellor, I tailor each session to your individual needs. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred therapy, CBT, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamics, to ensure that the support I provide is the right fit for you. My focus is on creating an empathetic and non-judgmental environment, where we can work together to find solutions that resonate with you.
I believe that every person is unique, and so therapy should reflect that. With a pluralistic approach, I’m committed to working alongside you to find the right techniques and tools that suit your personality and goals, creating a flexible approach that evolves with you.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on what you’re looking for.
