About me and my therapy practice
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to make the process easier. Feel free to have a no-obligation conversation to see if I’m the right fit for you. If not, I’m happy to help connect you with someone who might be. I am deeply committed to fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion in my practice, and I adhere to the Íø±¬ÃÅ ethical framework.
I am a trained counsellor and psychotherapist who offers online, telephone and walking therapy to adults from my home in Southwold, Suffolk. I hold an MSc in Therapeutic Counselling from the University of Greenwich and I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (Íø±¬ÃÅ).
I also teach on a counselling degree course. I love working with students and offer a concessional rate for those who are studying to be a counsellor.
I have expertise in trauma therapy, particularly with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and rape survivors. I have experience with working with people of faith, neurodivergent people and people from the LGBTQ+ community.
