I offer a range of session times and am committed to working with you to identify a schedule that best supports individual needs and circumstances.

About me and my therapy practice
As a person-centred counsellor I create a safe, compassionate and supportive space tailored to individual needs. My focus is on helping you navigate challenges to foster self-acceptance, self-confidence & emotional wellbeing.
Practice description
I take a warm and holistic approach, offering a safe, inclusive, and accessible space where you can openly explore your emotions, experiences, and sense of self. My practice is non-directive and empathetic, ensuring that each individual feels seen and supported.
I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a vital part of healing and that this is built on trust, safety, and genuine connection. As such, my approach is gentle, person-centred, and shaped around each persons unique perspective.
Mental health challenges can manifest in many ways, including feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, fatigue, overwhelm, difficulties in relationships, loneliness, self-harm, or unhelpful coping strategies such as issues with food or substances. For some, it may simply be an underlying sense that something doesn’t feel quite right.
Whatever you're facing, you can speak freely and I will listen without judgment. Together we will explore the feelings that are showing up and begin to understand the thoughts and beliefs that may be contributing to your current circumstances.
Through this process we will work collaboratively to make sense of this and find a way forward that feels grounded, manageable and true to you. My hope is that you will begin to develop tools to build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and nurture self-compassion, and emotional strength.
Whether navigating overwhelm, struggling with body image, or finding it hard to cope with stress, I am here to walk alongside you as you move toward emotional and mental well-being.
My intention is to create space for growth, resilience, and self-discovery amongst the chaos of life, in order to move forward with greater confidence, fulfilment, and a deeper sense of emotional ease.
I offer both short-term and long-term counselling, depending on what feels most appropriate for needs, goals and personal circumstances.
My first session
I offer a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation via phone or online. This meeting provides an opportunity to explore what you are hoping to gain from counselling and importantly, to consider whether I am the right fit for you.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially at first. My aim is to make this initial contact as open, relaxed and comfortable as possible.
If you would like to arrange a consultation, please feel free to get in touch and I will respond as promptly as I can.
Following this, should you decide to continue, we will then schedule a more structured first counselling session together.
