About me and my therapy practice

Life is complex, and messy.

Whether you're seeking personal growth, deeper connections, or a way through difficult emotions, I provide a dynamic, integrative approach to therapy that meets you where you are.

Working relationally and creatively, I offer a space where exploration, healing, and transformation can happen.

I’m a therapist driven by curiosity and a deep belief in transformation. With over 30 years of experience across the voluntary, statutory, and commercial sectors, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, exploring themes like behavioural change, identity and sexuality, trauma, grief, and loss.

My approach is rooted in Psychosynthesis, a holistic and integrative way of working that helps us make sense of the complexities of being human. I work with what is current, historical, and unknown, helping you navigate uncertainty, uncover deeper meaning, and move toward change in a way that feels authentic.

I offer:

• Individual therapy—a space to reflect, heal, and grow.

• Group therapy—where shared experience fosters connection and transformation.

• Organisational therapy—helping teams and workplaces cultivate healthier, more effective ways of relating.

I believe therapy isn’t about fixing—it’s about understanding, evolving, and creating new possibilities. As a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ (No: 407626), I adhere to their ethical framework, ensuring a safe and professional space for this work.

If you’re looking for thoughtful, creative support—whether for yourself, your team, or your organisation—I’d love to explore what’s possible together.

Practice description

I work in a soulful way, and soul can mean many things—shaped by our beliefs, experiences, and circumstances. I believe a soulful perspective can support the way we connect—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that every person, group, and organisation is unique, and that uniqueness deserves to be seen and celebrated. Yet, there are times when we may feel disconnected from ourselves, each other, or the shared purpose that brings us together.

My work explores the connection between mind, body, and emotions in a soulful and integrated way—helping individuals, groups, and organisations reconnect with themselves and each other. Through this, I support deeper self-awareness, more authentic relationships, and a greater sense of wholeness, both personally and collectively.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity to explore why therapy now, and importantly, to get to know each other better and see if there is a good fit as client and therapist.

Before the first session I offer a free 20 minute call to discuss your needs, and answer any initial questions you may have.

I charge my usual rate for the first session, for 50 minutes. If both parties agree to move ahead, I will share a contract that outlines the terms we've agreed, including practicalities of working together and my commitment to therapeutic boundaries and ethical practice.

What I can help with
