About me and my therapy practice
I have a compassionate, person-centred, and integrative approach to counselling and health and wellbeing coaching. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace, free from judgement and with genuine care and understanding.
Alongside my counselling work, I am a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner and Coach, with experience supporting children and young people (11+) and adults, including those diagnosed with ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions. My background includes working within NHS primary care and community settings, where I support individuals with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health difficulties as part of a multidisciplinary team.
As someone with a multicultural background, I bring an open and culturally sensitive approach to my practice. I value diversity and strive to create an inclusive and understanding therapeutic environment for individuals from all walks of life.
I believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing, drawing on person-centred, CBT-informed, and solution-focused approaches, integrating coaching techniques where appropriate to help you make meaningful and sustainable changes in your life.
Practice description
Taking the first step to seek support can feel daunting, but it’s a courageous and positive move toward gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. You may be struggling with anxiety that affects your daily life, coping with past trauma, or navigating a life change such as a career shift, relationship ending, or bereavement. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful changes. My aim is to help you regain balance, strengthen your wellbeing, and reconnect with what feels authentic and fulfilling.
As a humanistic integrative counsellor and health coach with significant NHS experience, I offer a unique, holistic approach. I will help you connect your mental and physical wellbeing, empowering you to build resilience and create lasting change. Recognising how daunting the first step can be, I offer a compassionate space for you to explore your difficulties.

My first session
I offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to help you determine whether counselling with me is the right fit for you. This brief conversation provides an opportunity to share what you’re looking for, ask any questions, and gain a sense of how I work before committing to full sessions.
If you decide to continue, our first full session will be an opportunity to explore your current situation, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll also explain how I work, discuss confidentiality, and answer any questions you may have.
The first full session is charged at my standard rate, and there’s no obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel right for you. My aim is to help you feel comfortable, informed, and supported from the very start of your counselling journey.
