About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Leandra. I offer in-person therapy sessions in a quiet and calm environment in Glasgow, Clarkston or East Kilbride, or online video sessions or a combination of both.
You may be here because you are struggling and considering counselling. You might have had experiences which have left you feeling sad, anxious or frightened.
These experiences may be impacting on different areas of your life, like work, relationship, social life, personal well-being, or self-esteem. I am a fully qualified CBT Therapist, and I can help you in coping with your difficulties and the challenges life brings.
Practice description
I am trained and skilled to help with issues such as, anxiety, depression, anger, loss, relationships, stress, worry, panic, phobias, OCD, abuse, trauma, bullying, family issues, social anxiety, self-esteem, self-confidence, loneliness, suicidal thoughts or sleep problems/insomnia
I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I hold a COSCA validated Scotacs Diploma in Counselling & Groupwork, and a COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MÍø±¬ÃÅ).
