Hi, I’m Andrew I am a Registered Íø±¬ÃÅ, Gestalt therapist
If you’ve landed here, something in life may not feel quite right. You might just know you don’t feel like yourself and want things to be different.
Therapy is a space where you don’t have to figure it all out alone. While therapy is serious work, it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I believe humour, honesty, and even laughter can play an important part in making sense of life.
Together, we’ll pay attention to what’s happening for you — how you see yourself, how you relate to others, and the patterns that might be holding you back. From there, new possibilities often start to open up.
It can feel daunting to reach out, but the best way to know if I’m the right counsellor for you is to have a conversation. I offer a free, no-obligation chat so you can get a feel for how I work.
I believe that therapy should be accessible for all so I offer a sessions at different prices depending on your income

Practice description
I offer a warm, grounded, and honest space where you can bring whatever’s going on for you—whether that’s something specific like anxiety, depression, or addiction, or a more general sense of feeling stuck, lost, or disconnected.
My practice is rooted in Gestalt therapy, which means we focus on your experience in the present moment. Together, we’ll explore how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. I work relationally, meaning the relationship between us can become a useful part of the process, helping you see patterns, build awareness, and try out new ways of being.
Sessions can be creative, dynamic, and sometimes challenging. I’m direct and straightforward, but always with care and respect. I might invite you to slow down, check in with your body, or explore new perspectives—always at your pace.
I bring a compassionate and open-hearted presence to the work. I welcome the spiritual dimension of life and respect the values and beliefs that shape each person’s story. You’re invited to bring your whole self—faith included—into the therapy space.
