About me and my therapy practice
Relational Person-Centred Therapist – helping you understand and overcome self-sabotage and anxiety
Do you ever find yourself stuck in a cycle of overthinking, avoidance, or self-criticism - knowing what you want but somehow holding yourself back?
Self-sabotage often hides beneath anxiety. You might worry about letting people down, fear getting things wrong, or feel tense when life starts to go well. These patterns can leave you on edge, frustrated, or disconnected from yourself - wanting change but unsure how to make it happen.
Practice description
In our sessions, we’ll explore what lies beneath these anxious, self-sabotaging patterns. My relational, person-centred approach offers a calm, non-judgemental space where you can understand your inner conflicts with compassion rather than criticism. Together, we’ll help you develop a kinder relationship with yourself and find steadier ways to respond when anxiety takes over.
I also have experience offering counselling within an NHS GP surgery, supporting adults with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and relationship difficulties.
