About me and my therapy practice

Are you outwardly coping but inwardly overwhelmed? Maybe you鈥檙e constantly overthinking, feeling anxious, or unsure of who you really are and what you want from life.

I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply so they can manage anxiety, build self-trust, and feel more confident in their relationships, work and identity. I offer both short- and longer-term therapy, blending evidence-based approaches with therapeutic coaching to help you shift patterns such as perfectionism, people-pleasing, low mood and self-doubt.

My approach is warm, collaborative and down to earth. I understand what it鈥檚 like to appear successful on the outside while feeling stuck or disconnected underneath. In our work together, we won鈥檛 just focus on the symptoms 鈥 we鈥檒l explore the story beneath them. This often involves understanding how early experiences, internal beliefs and relationship dynamics shape how you feel, think and act today.

Self-awareness is central to the way I work. I draw on CBT, ACT and parts-based approaches to help you notice patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts and make meaningful changes. Whether you鈥檙e struggling with anxiety, identity, relationships or simply feel that 鈥渢here must be more to life than this,鈥 therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Before training as a therapist, I spent over 15 years working in HR and recruitment, supporting people through work-related stress, emotional challenges and major life transitions. That background continues to shape my work, particularly with clients navigating burnout, self-worth, confidence and career-related issues. Many of my clients work in caring, creative or high-pressure roles, but therapy is for anyone ready to explore who they are and live in a way that feels more aligned.

Practice description

I work online with clients across the UK and internationally via Zoom.

Current availability: Mondays 7pm - 8.30pm, Saturdays 10.00 am 11.30am

I support adults aged 18 and over who may be functioning well on the outside but feel something isn鈥檛 quite right underneath 鈥 whether that鈥檚 anxiety, low mood, people-pleasing, or a sense that life could feel more meaningful. Many of my clients are looking to understand themselves better, feel more in control of their emotions, and create more balance or purpose in their lives.

I don鈥檛 currently work with couples, and my work isn鈥檛 suitable for those experiencing severe or complex trauma, serious mental health difficulties, or active suicidal thoughts. If you鈥檙e looking for that kind of support, I鈥檇 recommend working with a specialist trauma therapist or contacting a crisis service for more immediate help.

My first session

Starting Therapeutic Coaching with me usually looks like this:

1. Initial contact. You can email me or fill in the contact form with a brief overview of what鈥檚 going on for you and what kind of support you are looking for. I鈥檒l get back to you as soon as I can to confirm whether I have availability that fits your schedule. If I do, we鈥檒l arrange a free phone consultation.

2. Free 15-minute phone consultation. This is a relaxed and informal chat to help us get a sense of whether we鈥檙e a good fit. I鈥檒l ask a few questions about what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy and explain how I work. If it feels right to continue, we鈥檒l book your first session.

3. Assessment session (拢85 for 60 minutes). This is a full therapeutic session where we begin to explore your story, what you鈥檇 like support with, and how I can help. It鈥檚 also a space for you to experience how I work and decide if it feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to commit beyond this session.

4. First three sessions (拢255 for 3 x 60 minutes). If you would like to continue, these are bookable and payable in advance and cost 拢255 (3 x 拢85). We will continue getting to know each other and clarifying what you want to focus on in our work together. At the end of the third session, we review how it鈥檚 going. If three sessions feel enough for you, thats ok.

5. Ongoing sessions. These are booked in blocks of five, payable in advance. If you ever can't make a session, I do my best to reschedule it, if there is availability, Most clients come for around 15/20 sessions, although some come for longer. We usually start off with weekly sessions but may decide to move to fortnightly once the work is underway.

Some clients come for short-term focused support, while others stay longer term to explore deeper patterns and create lasting change. It鈥檚 always your choice, and we will regularly review what feels right for you.

In a calm, supportive space- whether online or face to face - I help you to untangle anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt that can leave you feeling stuck or exhausted.

I will help you to understand whats going on beneath the surface, regain a sense of calm, and build a safe foundation you can use for life.

I work with a personalised integrative approach, using CBT, solution focussed Therapy and insights from neuroscience to help you understand whats going on beneath the surface and how to live alongside anxiety.

If you are looking for a more collaborative and solution focussed approach, I can help you regain control and build stronger foundations to help you support yourself. 


Who I work with

I have a special interest in supporting clients with anxiety, panic, high-functioning anxiety, and ADHD. If you're constantly overthinking, feeling low in confidence, or stuck in unhelpful patterns, I can help you reconnect with yourself and regain control.

My goal is to help you understand how your experiences, thoughts, and emotions are linked 鈥 and support you to build healthier patterns, emotional resilience, and a sense of ease in your life again.

For those who prefer more structure, I offer a bespoke 10鈥12 week anxiety programme, blending therapy and practical tools to help you manage symptoms, understand your triggers, and feel more grounded day-to-day.

I can also incorporate neuroscience-based insights, helping you to understand how your brain processes stress, anxiety and emotions. By increasing your self awareness, you can develop healthy patterns, build emotional regulation and regain a sense of balance and control.
