I offer remote counselling sessions via Zoom/Google meets or telephone.

Alongside my private practice, I have volunteered with Macmillan for over five years, this experience has allow me to support a diverse range of needs.

I am a person-centred therapist, and my practice is grounded in a holistic approach that honours your unique experiences and perspectives. I am dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard, understood, and empowered. I deeply value diversity and cultural sensitivity, and I integrate these principles throughout the therapeutic process to support your personal growth and well-being.

While person-centred therapy forms the foundation of my work, I also draw on approaches such as cognitive-behavioural techniques, mindfulness, and psychodynamic insights to tailor sessions to your needs. I work collaboratively, exploring challenges, uncovering strengths, and developing strategies for positive change.

Alongside my private practice, I have volunteered with Macmillan for over five years, supporting a diverse range of needs.

I offer therapy in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and cultures, creating an inclusive, supportive space.

I offer one-to-one therapy for adults (18+), providing short- or long-term support with flexible weekly or fortnightly sessions tailored to your needs.

Free 30-minute phone consultation

I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is key to successful therapy. To help you determine if I'm the right therapist for you, I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation. During this consultation, we can discuss your needs and goals in more detail, and if it feels like a good fit, we can then schedule our first therapy session.

I also offer a reduced fee for students, low-income individuals, and those in full-time education (a valid student ID is required). Please email to find out more.
