I also offer a Nature Therapy Experience, on the scenic Isle of Bute - which is easily accessible by ferry from the mainland. This can be either by the hour as a "Walk & Talk" session, or a longer Nature Therapy Excursion.

Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting clients through a wide range of challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, neurodiversity, and drug and alcohol dependency. This breadth of experience has deepened my understanding of how complex and personal each journey can be.

I tailor each session to meet you where you are - starting with your present experience and building a therapeutic relationship that honours your pace, your needs, and your goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and how you can begin to move forward with greater confidence and self-awareness.

For those who prefer written communication, I also offer Email and Messenger-Based Therapy - an accessible alternative to video or phone sessions that allows you to engage in therapy in a way that feels most comfortable.

My aim is to help you live a more fulfilling life - whether that involves navigating grief, managing life transitions, setting boundaries, or breaking free from patterns that no longer serve you. I currently work as a School CYP counsellor, an EAP counsellor, and in Private Practice, supporting clients across all age ranges and varying degrees of mental health.

My first session

Our first session lasts 50 minutes and offers a gentle, welcoming introduction to therapy.

It’s a space for us to begin building a connection, explore what’s brought you here, and talk about what you hope to gain from our work together.

We’ll take time to understand what’s happening for you right now, identify areas you’d like to explore more deeply, and consider what kind of support feels most meaningful. This initial conversation helps lay the foundation for a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration.

Sessions are held online via a secure video platform, with a link sent directly to your email before each appointment - making it easy to join from wherever you feel most at ease. I also offer therapy by telephone and Messenger-Based Therapy for those who prefer written communication.
