About me and my therapy practice
I provide a non judgemental, empathetic space to explore what is going on for you at the moment, whether that is looking at coping strategies and ways of being that no longer serve you, developing your sense of self or working through life events and experiences in order to bring change to your experience, it would be my pleasure to accompany you on this part of your journey towards healing and self understanding .
I also have experience supporting people who would like to change their relationship with alcohol, by exploring coping strategies and triggers and ways of being and thinking around alcohol use, to find healthier ways of coping with the pressures that life can bring. This can often involve exploring emotional understanding, experience and regulation and working with neurodiversity as well as working with trauma.
I am both neurodiversity and trauma informed and this very much shapes my practice.
