About me and my therapy practice
Hi, my name is Laura and I'm a qualified integrative therapist with an additional qualification in couples therapy. Being integrative means that I will have a flexible approach to how we work together and can combine techniques to best suit your needs, both as individuals and as a couple. Whether you are struggling with communication issues, overcoming an affair, infertility issues, family stresses or intimacy issues, to name a few, I am here to help. I work using a trauma informed approach, therefore providing a safe space where you will both be heard, feel respected and nurtured to encourage growth and compassion. My aim is to support you in addressing your areas of concern, to work on resolving these collaboratively and to encourage your relationship to not only survive, but thrive.
If you would like to arrange a free, no obligation, 20 minute chat please do get in touch.

About me and my therapy practice
Hi, my name is Laura and I’m a qualified integrative therapist registered with the Íø±¬ÃÅ. Being integrative means that I will have a flexible approach to how we work together and can combine techniques to best suit your needs. My aim is to provide a supportive environment where you will feel safe enough to share with me your struggles and worries, knowing that there is no judgement, in the hope that we can process these together and work towards you feeling more resilient, happy and confident moving forward with your future.
I have experience of providing therapy to young people from the age of 15+, within an educational setting, and also of working therapeutically for a national charity supporting young people and adults through surviving domestic and sexual abuse. I have a trauma informed approach to all of my work, therefore creating a safe space to nurture empowerment.
I work with various presenting issues, such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, domestic and sexual abuse, trauma, bereavement and addiction. I work with young people from the age of 15 upwards, adults, couples and families. Please do get in touch if you have any questions or if you would like to arrange a free 20 minute informal chat.
