About me and my therapy practice

I work in an integrative way combining humanistic and cognitive behavioural therapies to flex and personalise sessions to the you individual needs.

Practice description

I provide a safe space to explore feelings and emotions both in the present and the past.

My first session

I offer a free initial 20 minute consultation in order for us to learn how we might work together.
