About me and my therapy practice
I offer a space where you can thoughtfully explore and address the challenges in your relationships, work, family, partners and life changes.
Navigating Emotional Challenges
When relationships, whether personal or professional, encounter difficulties, it can trigger emotions like anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem. Though tough, these feelings are manageable with the right support. My role is to guide you in understanding these emotions and feelings and help you develop strategies to navigate and overcome them.
We will work together to understand what is happening and how to handle it now and in the future.
What will you experience in counselling sessions?
In our sessions, you can explore what is happening or has happened and discover patterns and meanings on what is happening and how it is affecting you. I offer a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space. As a therapist, I am friendly, empathetic, and supportive yet challenging in helping you achieve greater self-awareness, improved mental health, and enhanced overall quality of life.
What do I work with?
- Relationship and intimacy issues, including psychosexual concerns
- Workplace challenges such as redundancy, career transitions, bullying, and management difficulties
