About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life brings experiences that are hard to make sense of or come to terms with. You might be carrying pain from difficult relationships or childhood experiences. Or perhaps you’re finding it hard to cope after a major change — becoming a parent, separation, loss, illness, menopause, or another life transition that’s left you feeling unsettled.
You might notice yourself feeling sad, anxious, or overwhelmed. Maybe you’re more irritable than usual, or you simply don’t feel like yourself anymore. However it shows up for you, it can be confusing and isolating — especially if you feel you should be coping.
You don’t have to face this alone. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with yourself. Clients I work with often describe gaining a deeper understanding of how their experiences and relationships have shaped them, and finding new ways forward that feel authentic and true — honouring their past while creating space for the future.
Practice description
Every person’s story is unique, and so is the way we work together. My role is to offer a calm, grounded space where you can begin to feel safe enough to explore what’s really going on for you.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through connection. Together, we’ll build a relationship based on trust, curiosity, and respect — one where you can bring your whole self. Whatever your circumstances, the pace and focus of our work will always be guided by you.
As a qualified Integrative Counsellor, I draw on a blend of approaches and techniques to meet your individual needs. I have a particular interest in supporting clients to understand how your early relationships and experiences shape the way you relate to yourself and others today. This understanding can support you in feeling more secure in yourself whilst building stronger, healthier connections with others.
I am available to work face to face, online or over the phone with people aged 18+
