...but you DO need to be ready to dive in.

I'm Tammy, and I haven't got it figured out either (does anybody?!) I'm a counsellor who is deeply familiar with feeling too much and not enough; and I believe in the power of showing up fully as we are - flawed, vulnerable, and human. Through my own journey of embracing the messy parts of myself, I鈥檝e discovered that real growth happens when we stop trying to 'fix' ourselves and instead lean into what鈥檚 uncomfortable. I鈥檓 here to support you as you explore the parts of yourself you might have been avoiding. This work 颈蝉苍鈥檛 about reaching perfection; it鈥檚 about accepting your truth, owning your story, and building deeper, more meaningful relationships with yourself and others.

Here's the thing.....

If you're looking for a quick fix, surface-level therapy and to be fed only tools and coping mechanisms, then this kind of therapy isn't for you. I鈥檓 not the type of counsellor who鈥檚 going to sit there with a notebook or clipboard, nodding seriously, with arms crossed saying 鈥渉mm, and how does that make you feel?鈥� but I do aim to be real, curious....and a little unpolished. So, if you value self-awareness and growth, understand that this process can be uncomfortable but are committed to showing up anyway; then get in touch.
