I am a counsellor, psychotherapist, and experienced practitioner offering reflective and supportive supervision to both trainee and qualified therapists. With over 15 years of experience in supervision across diverse settings, including mental health, holistic therapy, and leadership roles, I provide a collaborative, person-centred space focused on ethical practice, professional development, and personal well-being. I work with a pluralistic approach and offer supervision using the Seven-Eyed Model. My style is relational, trauma-aware, and adaptable to different modalities and work environments. Supervisees are encouraged to bring the whole of themselves into the process, including uncertainty, creative insights, and stuck points, within a non-judgmental and supportive space.
Practice description
I offer supervision remotely via online video or telephone, with flexible daytime and evening appointments. In-person sessions are available in Manchester city centre, Monday through Saturdays, I offer a hybrid model. Supervision can be arranged online or in person, depending on availability and location.
My supervision is suitable for trainee therapists, newly qualified practitioners, and experienced clinicians seeking reflective practice. I also offer coaching-style supervision for professionals working in education, healthcare, management, or holistic services. My style is warm, grounded, and open, encouraging growth, ethical confidence, and resilience.
Standard fee: £60 per session, and Concessionary rate: £50 per session
