Are you struggling with self-doubt after a difficult relationship? I help people rebuild confidence and trust in themselves so they can move forward feeling stronger and more secure.
Do you find yourself constantly second-guessing your own feelings? Do you replay conversations in your head, wondering if you were too sensitive or overreacting? No matter what you do, does it feel like it’s never enough? If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Maybe you feel like you’ve experienced narcissistic abuse or been hurt by someone whose actions always seemed to revolve around their own needs. Narcissism can leave you feeling unseen, unheard, and doubting your own reality. Many of my clients don’t immediately recognize what they’ve been through, but they do know what it’s like to walk on eggshells, to feel dismissed, manipulated, or blamed. When someone repeatedly undermines your confidence, it can make you question everything. But self-doubt doesn’t have to define you.
Together, we’ll work on breaking free from that cycle. We’ll untangle the confusion, help you trust your instincts again, and rebuild your confidence so that no one else gets to dictate your worth. You’ll learn how to spot unhealthy patterns, set boundaries that actually stick, and walk away without looking back.
Relearning trust—especially in yourself—can feel daunting, but it is possible. My approach isn’t just about understanding what happened; it’s about moving forward in a way that feels right for you.
I bring more than just counselling experience to my work. For over five years, I’ve worked across different areas of care—supporting people through daily life challenges, helping them reconnect socially, and working with those processing grief, neurodivergence, and domestic abuse. This breadth of experience allows me to approach healing in a way that is both practical and deeply empathetic, offering guidance that meets you where you are.
Practice description
I offer online counselling via Teams or phone call, with sessions available from 11:00 to 21:00. While weekly sessions are often the best way to start, the frequency is entirely up to you—some prefer fortnightly sessions, others check in every few months. My goal is not to keep you in therapy forever but to help you reach a place where you no longer need me.
Counselling is a space for you to explore, reflect, and build confidence in yourself. You can expect a direct yet compassionate approach—one that challenges unhelpful thoughts while supporting your growth. We will work together to untangle the effects of past experiences, strengthen your ability to set boundaries, and develop a sense of self-trust that lasts long after therapy ends.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, tailored to your needs and pace. This is your journey, and you are in control of how we move forward. I provide a confidential and ethical space that aligns with professional standards, ensuring you feel safe to express yourself freely.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can get a feel for whether we are the right fit. There is no pressure—just a chance for you to ask any questions, share what brings you to therapy, and see if my approach suits you. If we decide to move forward, we can book a single session to start or arrange a schedule that works best for you.
In our first full session, the focus is on getting to know you. I will listen to your experiences, explore what you hope to gain from therapy, and help you feel comfortable in the process. Together, we will outline a way forward that aligns with your goals.
