About me and my therapy practice
I am a highly experienced integrative therapist specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors. I work with young people, adults, and families to address issues related to food, eating and body image.
My approach is tailored to focus on how you feel about your body and your relationship with food, aiming for lasting recovery.
Together, we’ll work with your thoughts, patterns and feelings with the aim of creating a healthier self-image and a lifestyle that supports you.
This may be the approach for you if you wish to develop a balanced relationship with food and your body, reduce thoughts about food or eating and challenge cycles or patterns around food and eating.
Practice description
With extensive experience as a psychotherapist, I have worked across clinical, charity, NHS and private settings. Over time I have worked with a wide variety of presentations, including anxiety, stress and burnout, trauma- including complex trauma, relationship issues and eating disorders.

My qualifications include a BSc in Psychology, a COSCA Diploma in Counselling, a Master in Counselling as well as Diploma in Professional Supervision. I also hold a Diploma in Diet and Nutrition to further support those who have experienced challenges with food, eating or body image. My qualifications are recognised by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
