About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative psychotherapist drawing on over 12 years of experience. I provide therapy for adults and couples with a warm and relational approach tailored to the clients' needs.

Practice description

Initially I invite anyone who is seeking therapy to have an initial 20 minutes chat with me on zoom to get a sense of how I can help and to answer any questions they might have about the therapy I offer.
