About me and my therapy practice

Hi, my name is Becky. creator and owner of Evolve Wellbeing, offering combined Counselling and Coaching Services. A very warm welcome to my profile and thank you for visiting. As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I offer an empathic and confidential service within a warm, welcoming and safe space that will allow you to open up and explore your innermost emotions without judgement or criticism.

My client base ranges from 13 years and upwards.

I have successfully worked with clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationship difficulties, emotional & domestic abuse, separation, both childhood and adult sexual trauma, and much more.

I also work with teens & young adults from 13+, who come to counselling with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, LGBTQ+ issues, school difficulties, self-harm and suicidal ideation.

In addition to this, I also have a keen interest in neurodiversity; this includes parenting neurodivergent children, navigating the difficulties associated with neurodivergent relationships, and working directly with neurodivergent children themselves.

All of my sessions are offered online primarily via the Zoom Video Platform due to it's versitility, or via WhatsApp if preferred. I can also offer sessions via the telephone. Remote therapy allows me to extend my services to more clients further afield and meet the needs of those who may not be able to access in person sessions. For many clients, remote therapy can be an easier and more convenient way to receive counselling while juggling other commitments such as work, study, or family.

I offer concessions to Trainee Counsellors, NHS Staff, College and University Students, low income families, and the unemployed.
