About me and my therapy practice

I provide Play and Creative Arts Therapy for Children and Young People experiencing trauma, emotional or behavioural difficulties, and special educational needs (SEN). I have worked with children affected by domestic abuse, bereavement and loss, divorce and separation, attachment issues, low self-esteem, and neurodiversity in various settings such as schools, early years settings, charities, refuges, and private practice

I am also providing online therapy sessions for adolescence and young people.

Each session is tailored to your child’s individual needs, using the therapeutic power of play to help them express feelings, make sense of experiences, and build resilience. I work closely with parents, schools, and professionals to support each child’s growth and wellbeing. I provide free review meetings for parents every 6 weeks to review the child's process for Play and Creative Arts Therapy.

I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to discuss how I can help.

Practice description

I am part of Brixton Play Therapy Collective which based in The Friends Meeting House, Redlands Way, London SW2 3LU.

My first session

For Play and creative arts therapy sessions:

The initial consultation would be a free phone 20-minute phone call for parents to discuss the child's needs and discuss the availbility and if I can provide support. I’ll meet with parent(s) or carer(s) to discuss background information, your child’s needs, and what you hope to achieve through play therapy. Then, I would invite the child, and if suitable the parent/ carer for an in-person assessment session.

For online sessions:

The parent/carer and young person are welcome for a free 20-minute phone call/ video call.
