About me and my therapy practice
If life feels overwhelming right now and you’re tired of coping alone, stuck in loops you can’t seem to shift, or simply feeling like something needs to change, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
Many of my clients come to me experiencing low-grade anxiety that never fully switches off, emotional fatigue from years of coping in their own, or recurring relationship dynamics that leave them feeling unseen, unheard, or misunderstood. Sometimes, it’s not a crisis, just a quiet, persistent sense that things could feel better.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship issues, low self-worth, or unhelpful thinking patterns. I also support those going through life transitions, workplace stress, or struggling with decision-making. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) — practical models that help us make sense of how your thoughts, feelings, and reactions are interconnected.
You won’t be rushed or judged here. We’ll move at your pace, focusing on what matters to you most. My style is warm, collaborative, and gently challenging but always grounded in respect and care.
Together, we’ll work to identify the beliefs and habits that may be keeping you stuck, while developing tools that support change in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. I’ll help you build insight and confidence so you can respond to life’s challenges with more clarity and self-trust.

As a fully qualified CBT/REBT therapist , I’m committed to safe, ethical practice. I bring many years’ experience supporting people through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Practice description
My practice offers a warm, collaborative approach for anyone navigating anxiety, low self-worth, emotional burnout, relationship issues, trauma and stress. I work integratively, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) to help you understand the connections between thoughts, emotions, and reactions so you can begin making meaningful changes to improve your situation and achieve your goals.
Therapy with me moves at your pace, with a focus on gaining insights and applying practical tools. I provide consistent support to you to alleviate suffering, allowing you to gain emotional independence.
My first session
Your first session is an opportunity to explore your history and for you to get a feel for how therapy works in practice. We’ll start by understanding the adversities that you're facing and agreeing achievable goals that reflect your priorities. 
This helps me to help you to begin applying what you will learn in future therapy sessions to real-world contexts. 
All the way through, I’m attentive to how you’re feeling, so we move at a pace that feels manageable while we combine your emotional safety with supportive challenges to the adversities you face.
