About me and my therapy practice
Autistic professional, often exhausted, angry, and wondering what's wrong with you?
You're managing relentless demands at work and home while craving time for what really interests you, be it code, research or another passion. Your crave solitude like air. You question why others enjoy life when you can't. You may even blame your late autism diagnosis. But deep down, you know things can be different.
I'm autistic, a data analyst, postgraduate researcher, and mother of three. I understand hectic. I understand needing a lot of time alone.
How I work:
- Structured, goal-oriented approach focused on practical outcomes
- Help you manage anxiety, depression, emotional fluctuations and rumination
- Navigate workplace challenges and relationships
- Build on autistic strengths, not fix perceived deficits
What clients say:
Previous clients achieved their goals with calm confidence and found sessions genuinely useful.
"As an autistic person suffering with chronic anxiety, I came to Lii for support to cope with burnout associated with constant masking and the social difficulties of working in a high-pressure professional environment. Lii identified my deep-rooted need for self-compassion and approached the sessions with kindness and pragmatism that was very much needed. I am very grateful to have found Lii." (H., lawyer)

Practice description
I will explore your concern with you. Together we will break it down into component parts, analyse their significance, work out what role you want that particular subject to play in your future and how to get there.
For example, you might be feeling trapped. You may wish to be free and have a new beginning, try new things, have a future markedley different in a positive way from your present. How do you make it happen?
- My first question is likely to be, what does that future look like? In vivid detail
- Now that you have a compelling image of your desired outcome, let's engineer the process of achieving it, bearing in mind your existing resources
Therapy sessions are offered outside of the standard office hours to suit busy schedules.
I have professional idemnity insurance, handle your personal data in line with the legislation and have an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) certificate, confirming a clear record.
My first session
I will try to respond to your initial query within 24hrs. The usual sequence after that is:- introductory video or audio call to discuss what your are looking for
- email follow-up from me with a summary of offered therapy service
- first session to delve into the detail of your best hopes from therapy
- further weekly sessions on an open-ended basis
The first session is about us getting to know each other and clarifying your goals. You are always in control of what is discussed and how many sessions you have.
