About me and my therapy practice
I offer a free 30-minute consultation to help you get a sense of whether therapy with me feels right for you.
My work is grounded in collaboration, warmth, and respect. I aim to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe to explore your inner world at your own pace. I work integratively, drawing from a range of approaches depending on what feels most supportive. Rather than following a fixed method, I tailor the process to your needs and lived experience.
Some clients come to me with a specific difficulty; others with a more general sense of unease, emptiness, or feeling stuck. My role is to support you in exploring whatever you bring to the session—whether it’s clear or hard to name—and to walk alongside you as you gain clarity and find a sense of direction for moving forward in your life.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Therapy (Humanistic), awarded by City and Islington College in conjunction with the Central School of Counselling and Therapy (CSCT) and AQA. I also hold a Certificate in Counselling Skills from the RSA Examinations Board and have undertaken specialist training in bereavement and domestic violence. I began an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regent’s College, validated by City University.
In addition to my therapy work, I’m a trained ADHD coach through the New York–based ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). For clients living with ADHD—or facing similar challenges—I offer therapeutic coaching, which integrates emotional exploration with practical tools to uncover strengths, shift unhelpful patterns, and build systems that work. Practice description
I offer therapy to adults who are struggling with emotional challenges, difficult thoughts, low mood, or a sense that life has lost meaning or direction. Some clients come feeling adrift—uncertain about where they’re going or why—and want space to explore deeper questions about themselves, their relationships, and their path forward.
Clients I work with bring a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, low self-esteem, trauma, and stress linked to work or major life changes. I also support survivors of domestic abuse and those dealing with the long-term impact of relational trauma or instability.
You don’t need to have a clear goal to begin therapy. The process can involve understanding your inner world, making sense of what’s happening in your life, and identifying what feels possible next. Sessions offer a consistent, reflective space where you can feel heard, accepted, and supported to grow.
Alongside therapy, I offer coaching for clients with ADHD or ADHD-like challenges. I’m trained through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) in New York. My coaching supports clients in recognising their unique patterns, building self-trust, and developing tools that work for them. For some clients, we combine therapy and coaching, integrating emotional exploration with practical strategies to create change.

My first session
I offer a free 30-minute consultation, usually held via Zoom. This is a chance for us to meet, talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of whether working together feels right. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable — there’s no pressure to go into detail.
During this consultation, I’ll ask a few gentle questions to understand what has brought you to therapy, what kind of support you’re looking for, and to explain how I work. You’re also invited to ask any questions you may have.
There’s no obligation to continue after the consultation — it’s simply a space to connect, clarify what you need, and decide whether it feels like a good fit.
If you choose to go ahead, we can arrange a full 50-minute session at my standard fee. We’ll continue at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.
