About me and my therapy practice
I'm Jonathan, a counsellor working with and within the LGBTQ+ Community. As a gay man I have always appreciated the space counselling has offered me to find my place in the world and hope I can provide the same for others.
I believe that everyone deserves a dedicated space to be truly heard. In the rush of daily life, we rarely get a chance to pause and untangle what we're truly feeling. My role is to hold a calm, confidential space where you can do just that.
Think of therapy not as a task, but as a journey of reacquainting yourself with your own inner world. We will gently explore your thoughts and feelings, not to 'fix' you, but to understand the patterns and stories that shape your life. It's in this understanding that you naturally begin to find your own clarity and strength. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life, and I am a compassionate guide alongside you. Whether you're facing a specific crisis or a general sense of unease, I am here to help you navigate your path forward with greater awareness and confidence.
