馃殬 The ADHD mind is like a race car with bicycle brakes. We can think a million miles a minute, but we have trouble slowing down or stopping when appropriate. My empathic and practical approach blends ADHD-informed therapy and coaching to help you strengthen your brakes.
馃挭 We will work together to deepen your understanding of your unique brain, build stronger habits, and begin to address the emotional wounds a life with ADHD tends to bring.
馃憤 The therapy aspect of our work together will blend Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This allows for an optimal mix of empathy and structure.
