Feeling stuck? Low? I work with individuals around ADHD, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, self-development, social anxiety, and more. In my structured yet warm approach, I equip you with the tools to recognise and challenge your issues, instead of just putting a plaster on the symptoms. While working to uncover, challenge and dissolve unhelpful cognitions, we will also identify suboptimal aspects of your present life that are changeable, and work together to strategise forward.
I offer an adaptive blend of Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also draw from Attachment Theory/Styles and other sources.
After your free initial 20-minute consultation, we will begin working together to strengthen your healthy emotional/mental core.
Practice description
I work exclusively online. Typically this means video sessions, but some clients prefer phone sessions or text/email therapy.
My first session
After a free, initial 20-minute consultation, we can book in our first full session if you are happy to proceed.
The first therapy session is still a full therapy session, but it often feels a bit different because there's a stronger focus on gathering background information and beginning to build the therapeutic relationship, which naturally shifts as the work deepens in later sessions.
