Availability

I offer in-person as well as online sessions and I can be flexible with appointment times/days to suit shift work for example.

I work week days and evenings Monday-Thursday.

Sessions are offered on a weekly/fortnightly basis to suit, with each session lasting 50 minutes.

Fees range from 拢50-拢70 per session, with a reduced rate for 16-18 year olds.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative Counsellor, qualified to Masters level. I am a big believer in meeting people where they are presently at and holding a judgement free, safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. To give someone the space to find out what is going on for them, at their own pace, I believe to be very empowering.

I work with individuals, couples/relationships and families.

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation so that you can gain a sense of me as a therapist and you can give me an idea of why you are seeking therapy. This allows me to determine whether I am in a position to help and can answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.
