I am available to help you along the way, whether you're facing relationship problems, emotional difficulties, or personal development. I listen to you without any judgments. I help clients using a range of techniques.

 I am a qualified counsellor with a BSc (Hons) in Person - Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy and FdA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. An empathetic and a compassionate counsellor who’s fluent in English, Tamil, and Sinhala. This enables me to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I have experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, domestic abuse, grief, etc. and experience in working with empowering women. 

I attend regular supervision and keep up with my Continuous Professional Development to ensure I work ethically and to support my clients to the fullest.
