I am currently taking on new clients. I provide online and telephone counselling on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I provide in-person counselling on Fridays. My working hours are between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified integrative counsellor, I create a warm and safe space where we work together to access your inner resources, helping you to move forward in life with greater well-being and personal growth. I'll help you explore and identify what matters most to you. My experience encompasses supporting clients through anxiety, depression, burnout, loss, relationship issues, and trauma. I prioritise developing a connection where you feel genuinely understood and supported. Whether through short or long-term therapy, my focus remains on what's important to you, tailoring our sessions to your unique needs and circumstances.
As a neurodivergent counsellor, I specialise in working with late-diagnosed ADHD, AuDHD, and ASD adults, as well as those navigating chronic illness and the complex experience of masking. I understand the unique challenges these experiences bring and offer an approach that honours your needs, processing style, and lived experience.
I provide a safe space where you can unmask, process at your own pace, and explore authentic living. My neurodivergent perspective allows me to truly understand the complexities of existing in a neurotypical world while honouring your strengths and challenges.
Our therapeutic relationship forms the foundation of our work together. I prioritise developing a connection where you feel genuinely understood and supported. I work sensitively and at your pace, respecting your comfort level as we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

My counselling practice provides a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges and work toward meaningful personal growth.
As your counsellor, I create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel truly heard and understood. The Person-Centred aspect of my approach ensures I meet you with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and authenticity. Through CBT techniques, we'll identify and transform unhelpful thought patterns that may be contributing to your difficulties. Transactional Analysis helps us understand your internal world and relationship patterns, providing insights into how past experiences shape your present interactions.
I offer both short-term therapy focused on specific issues and long-term support for deeper exploration and sustained change. Working collaboratively, we'll develop strategies tailored to your unique circumstances and goals. Together, we'll build effective coping mechanisms that enhance your resilience and equip you to handle life's challenges with greater confidence.
My integrative approach allows flexibility in addressing various concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. Throughout our work together, you remain the expert on your own experience. I bring therapeutic knowledge and techniques, but our partnership is built on mutual respect and your active participation in the healing process.
My first session
New clients can expect an initial assessment where we'll discuss your concerns, history, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. From there, we'll co-create a personalised plan that addresses your specific needs. Whether you're seeking brief intervention for a particular issue or longer-term support for complex challenges to help you develop the insights, skills, and self-awareness to achieve greater wellbeing and live more authentically
