These struggles can feel incredibly isolating. You might think you should be handling this on your own, or that no one really understands what you're going through. Reaching out takes courage, and you don't have to navigate this alone.
I'm a person-centred psychotherapist with an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Íø±¬ÃÅ registration, working with adults who are struggling with exactly these issues. My approach blends traditional psychotherapy with life coaching principles and, when appropriate, breathwork techniques to create a space for meaningful transformation.

In therapy, the relationship is integral. For this reason, I always offer a free 30 minute discovery call. To give you the chance to meet me and to see if I am the right person to accompany you through your therapeutic journey.
